  Payment for orders from Malta can either be done on delivery by Cash or local Cheques that are to be made payable to Arbiv Marketing. All charges are done in Euro. We also accept  payment by Paypal or Bank transfer in Euro both for Malta and for International orders.  We use an SSL Secure Server certified by Comodo for checkout.


Deliveries Malta
Delivery anywhere in Malta is free of charge for orders above €10.00 else a standard charge of € 3.00 is applicable. Delivery in Malta is done by our staff by appiontment, normally by the next working day from order or from receiving payment in case it is not a cash on delivery order. Deliveries are normally done Monday to Friday from 10.00 till late and on Saturdays till 12.00. If you are on holiday, we are also able to deliver directly at your Hotel in Malta. Delivery by post can also be requested.  For faster deliveries to Gozo we normally send orders by registered post free at no extra charge, All orders are plain packaged with no indication of the contents. We can also meet anywhere in Malta for pick up of orders. Orders can be made directly from the website or by sending an email with your requirments and mobile number or by contacting us on 99432019.

 Shipping International : Shipping to European countries is Free for orders above  €50.00. A low cost flat rate of between €5.00 and  €10.00 for less value orders.  You will be advised of the amount to be charged at checkout before order confirmation.  Some very heavy orders may have an additional charge and you will be advised to approve such charges before order is shipped. Please enquire for shipping world wide for a low cost rate. Standard shipping for International orders is normally done using Registered (Signed For) Air Parcel Post.  From our experience delivery by air parcel post to EU countries take from 3 to 10 days from shipping. Other shipping methods are also available on request.

International Orders from countries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance and other importation regulations and procedures which the customer is only responsible for and that we have no control over it. Please make sure to check if there are any restrictions on importation in your country if outside an EU country, before you make an order as we are not responsible for any difficulties or other problems with the importation process, which is the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal service or any customs clearance or charges that may be required for the country being delivered to. Please enquire for shipping charges if you reside outside a European country. Within the EU there are no customs procedures and the items we supply are in free circulation.  

All prices listed are inclusive of  VAT and other taxes applicable in Malta and EU.

Most of the items are held in stock unless otherwise specified in the product description. Delivery of items in stock is from 1 to 2 working days from receipt of order. You will be informed immediately if an item is not in stock and advised of an estimated delivery date which normally is between 1 to 4 weeks. It is advised to plan ahead if a product is required for a particular occasion or during festive seasons. Any orders sent with any required information missing such as contact numbers will not be considered confirmed until such information is recieved and stock will not be allocated.  

As Privacy is a major concern, rest assured that we offer 100% discretion. Every pack is delivered in a plain packaging, with no indication of the contents. Since in Malta we deliver the items ourselfs or post them in Malta there is no customs clearance required for Maltese customers.  Orders will be delivered directly to your address or as agreed with you. For delivery in Malta , it will be done by our staff (and not by a sub contracted courier company) with the maximum discretion. You are to provide a contact mobile number to set a convenient time and place for delivery. We promise not to discuss your order with anyone but you. You can also request for the order to be sent by post. Customers may be required to sign for the pack when it will be delivered by the postal service.

 We never give, sell or in any other way divulge any personal details including email addresses to any other company, individual or third party.  

If in anyway you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply inform us immediately and return it within 15 days from delivery (unused and unopened) in its original condition and packaging and we will happily exchange it or refund your money back. For obvious health and hygienic reasons we cannot accept back used items.

The price and reference number is for quantity one of the item. When more than one item is shown it is for the sole purpose to indicate options for colour and design for that item. Due to improvements from the manufacturers the design, colour and its packing may be different from that shown in the pics.

You must be an adult over 18 years of age and are not offended by adult merchandise to order such things as Sex Toys, Bondage Equipment, Vibrators and other Adult Products and have the legal right in your country and location to posses adult products.
